This Programme is designed to bridge the gap between our 5 day Mandatory Care Skills Programme (based on the Common Induction Standards CIS) and the new Care Certificate without needless repetition.
Focuses on the standards that were not covered on the Common Induction Standards but are required for the Care Certificate.
This is a highly interactive training programme which also contains observation and assessment. Candidates will be required to complete the Care Certificate workbooks provided during the programme which may be used towards their completed Care Certificate.
This programme has been designed achieve all possible elements of the Care Certificate that may be covered in a training environment in the most efficient way.
