This course will help health and social care workers to develop insight into their own and others responses to death and dying, together with understanding of the management of end of life in line with the service users' beliefs, customs, wishes and religious practice. It will build on the need for good care practice and include practical elements together with methods for approach, language and behavior to help the care worker deliver the best possible end of life service to their service user.
